ST THERESE
SAINT THERESE of Lisieux, or Saint Therese of the child Jesus and Holy face, is also known as "The Little Flower of Jesus". She became a nun at the age of 15. She died of tuberculosis at the age of 24. She is one of the greatest saints of the 20th century. The depth and novelty of her spirituality, called the way of confidence and love, has inspired many believers all over the world. She is the patron saint of sufferers, aviators, bodily ills, missionaries, and tuberculosis. Her feast day is celebrated on October 1.
